Rationale

Multiscale modeling, simulation and analysis of complex fluids and solids raises many new interesting mathematical problems and challenges to applied mathematicans. Rigorous analysis of the mathematical models and numerical methods shed lights on designing more efficient numerical methods and developing more realistic models. These fields have attracted more and more attention recent years. We hope to have more interactions and stimulations between each other.

In this mini-symposium, the speakers will describe their latest progress in modeling simulation and analysis of the models in complex fluids and solids.
