Rationale

Optimization and optimal control are two key areas that involve intensive numerical computation. Many techniques in optimization and optimal control are also adopted in many PDE solvers. By organizing this minisymposium, we hope to provide a platform for researchers in optimization and optimal control to report and exchange their latest achivements and findings.
