In view of the current situation of the SARS and both the overseas speakers of the half day event cancelled their trip, the council decided to postpone the AGM 2003 (originally scheduled on April 12, 2003) until further notice. As soon as the SARS under control, the council will have a meeting to decide the new date for the AGM.
