WSC99 Conference Proceedings

As announced before, the WSC99 will publish the proceedings of conference. The Organizing Committee of Workshop on Scientific Computing 99 decided to publish this special issue of collected papers from the conference presentations, and also invited Prof. Z.C. Shi to organize the editorial board of the proceedings.

The editorial board is Z.C. Shi (chief-editor), M. Mu, W.M. Xue and J. Zou. This special issue of proceedings will be published by Science Publisher at the end of this year. Prof Shi will write the preface to introduce Prof. Huang's academic contribution and I will complete a list of Prof. Huang's papers published.

According to the volume limitation of this issue, each paper is limited to be eight pages long. The text format will use the SIAM style, since most of you are familiar with this format. You may download the following files if you need them:

I believe these files are enough in general. If you still need help, please feel free to contact me directly with email.

You are cordially invited to contribute one paper in this issue. If you accept our invitation, please inform me the title of your paper (it may be different to that presented in the WSC99) through email communication

The deadline for informing me your acceptance is July 20, 1999.

The deadline for submitting me the full paper is Sept. 20, 1999.

This special issue is a refereed proceedings. The editorial will announce the final acceptance to the submitted papers.
