Congratulations to the two scientists on receiving National Natural Science Foundation (NSFC) Grants 2023

Dr. Zhou Le and Dr. Hou Liangshao

We are delighted to announce that two esteemed researchers from our department have been awarded the prestigious NSFC Young Scientists Fund for their ground-breaking projects.

Dr. Zhou Le's project, titled "Estimation and Inference for High Dimensional Heteroscedastic Regression Models," and Dr. Hou Liangshao's project, focusing on "Theory, algorithms, and applications of orthogonality constrained trace-fractional optimization," have each received a grant amount of CNY$300,000. Their individual research projects will be conducted from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026.
