Free of charge, open to all conference attendees. Shuttle bus will be provided for attendees at Royal Park Hotel (6:30 p.m.) to the venue. The shuttle bus service will also be available at 8:15 p.m. from venue to Royal Park Hotel.

An early registration desk will be set up at the reception for convenience of speakers and participants.

Excursion

Date: January 9, 2013 (Wednesday)
Time: 10:30 a.m.- 6:30 p.m.

The tour starts with lunch at a Chinese restaurant in Tung Chung. The next station after lunch is to ride on the Ngong Ping 360 which is a tourism project on Lantau Island in Hong Kong.

The next station is Ngong Ping Village, a retail and entertainment centre adjacent to the cable car’s upper station. Traditional Chinese architectural designs are a feature of the Ngong Ping Village, which contains an assortment of shopping and dining experiences, on top of a number of key attractions including Walking with Buddha, the Monkey's Tale Theatre and the Ngong Ping Tea House. Visitors can go to visit the Big Buddha as well.

After spending two hours in Ngong Ping Village, shuttle bus will take the visitors to the banquet at night.
