The Hong Kong SAR Government has set up a Non-means Tested Loan Scheme to provide financial assistance in the form of loan to eligible students, please visit here.
To apply Hong Kong Continuing Education Fund, local Hong Kong student should fill the CEF application form and submit it to Department of Mathematics for certification. After completing the form, the student should submit the form together with a photocopy of HK Smart ID card to the Office of the Continuing Education Fund before the course commences.
