  1. All bookings (pdf, doc) should be guaranteed by a credit card or a bank draft of one night room charge.
  2. If the booking is guaranteed by a deposit, please make a bank draft of one night room charge payable to selected hotel and send it together with this form on or before 15 October, 2005; otherwise, there may not be rooms available.
  3. Room rate of one night accommodation will be charged if cancellation cannot be notified by writing to the hotel 7 days prior to due arrival date.
